Champion Turkey
(December 11, 2011)Great news for Hollin Root Farm!
We entered the Ashford Market Christmas show last week with our Turkeys.
We achieved 2nd in the Bronze turkey class with our stag.
We also won a 1st in the small white hen class.
The hen then went on to win the overall champion turkey!
This is an amazing achievement for us as most entries are from large producers of over 10,000 birds!
